(11-09-13) Magnesium neutralizes lethal injections: Amazing research

by Mike Bundrant

(NaturalNews) Science.naturalnews.com reveals yet another amazing connection that validates natural health. I typed in the word magnesium and instantly saw hundreds of scientific studies to browse.

You've probably heard about the mind-blowing properties of magnesium to boost your health and resolve issues related to inflammation, toxicity, energy and mental health.

This study - although heartbreaking in that it utilized rabbits - proves undeniably that if you are not getting adequate magnesium, you are shooting your health in the foot.

In this magnesium research, rabbits were given lethal doses of sodium oxylate, a toxin that causes a quick death 100% of the time. In a different set of rabbits, the lethal doses were followed immediately by administration of magnesium.

In the group the received magnesium, there was an 80% survival rate when the magnesium was injected and then massaged further into the tissues.

This proves dramatically that magnesium can act quickly to save your life by neutralizing toxins and supporting your immune system.

Although you are unlikely to need an emergency injection of magnesium to neutralize a toxin that will kill you within minutes, you do need magnesium to ward off the slow and steady infiltration of toxins assimilated by your body on a daily basis due to polluted air, water and food.

Are you supporting your immune system or sabotaging it?
Interestingly, most people are knowingly poisoning themselves day in and day out. Smoking, drinking excessively, eating chemical-laden foods, sitting around stewing in a toxic bloodstream, with toxic thoughts mixed with toxic relationships. Toxicity has become a way of life that is slowing killing us.

And we seem committed to toxicity. Most people can readily write a list of the things they do daily that slowly and surely compromise their health. Yet, they feel powerless to stop.

Look into magnesium and make sure you support your body's tireless efforts to rid itself of the damage.

Then, look into the reasons why you give yourself lethal injections of toxins, such as artificial sweeteners, trans fats, GMO's, cigarettes, booze, sugar, inactivity, negativity and stress, overeating and a pessimistic attitude.

These things are killing you. How do you justify it?
I can quit anytime.
It's not that bad.
I'll start eating right tomorrow.
I'm too tired to exercise.
I'm too busy.
I never have time to make it to the health food store.
My kids make it impossible to take care of myself.
My husband doesn't support me.
My wife is a nag.

And so on. These are not mere excuses, but serve as a way to protect your attachment to misery. Attached to misery? Yes, so many of us are so accustomed to misery that we have come to prefer it to happiness and health and even shorten our own lives in the process.

How else can you explain it when we knowingly harm ourselves or avoid doing the oh-so-simple things that would take us in a healthy and positive direction?

Learn about self-sabotage, the one thing that keeps you from taking simple and effective steps forward in all aspects of your life. I recommendthis free video as a starting point.
