(11-01-07) Garlic diet show slow cancer risk
It might give you wind and make your breath stink, but garlic in your diet has been linked to lower odds of getting several types of cancer.
A European study of people with high intakes of onions and garlic shows they have the lowest risks of colon, ovarian and throat cancers.
Scientists are cautious about the results though, saying people who like onions and garlic may also be eating a lot of other vegetables not included in the study.
